Shipping originals
All original paintings are professionally packed and shipped with insurance and tracking.
Domestic (United States): Included in the purchase price. Delivery within 7-14 business days.
International: $150-$300 depending on size and destination. Customs documentation and insurance included. Delivery within 14-21 business days.
White-glove delivery: Available for an additional fee. A professional art handler delivers the painting to your home or office and installs it on the wall. Available in South Florida; other locations by arrangement.
Shipping prints
Prints ship flat in rigid mailers or rolled in protective tubes, depending on size.
Domestic: Included in the purchase price. Delivery within 5-7 business days.
International: $15-$30. Delivery within 7-14 business days.
Caring for your artwork
Originals:Hang away from direct sunlight and extreme humidity. The chalk layer is sealed but should not be touched or cleaned with wet cloth. Dust gently with a soft, dry brush if needed. The oil and chalk will age naturally, this is part of the painting's life.
Prints: Frame under UV-protective glass to preserve colours. Archival paper is acid-free and will last a lifetime with proper care.
Returns & satisfaction
Original paintings may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the painting is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Prints are non-returnable unless damaged in transit. If your print arrives damaged, contact studio@gavinjordanart.com within 48 hours with photos for a replacement.
Commissions are non-refundable after the composition sketch is approved. The 50% deposit is non-refundable if the commission is cancelled after sketch approval.
