By using gavinjordanart.com you agree to these terms. Artwork images, text, symbols, and brand marks are owned by Gavin Jordan Art unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.

Sales

• Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Originals are never discounted on this site.
• Availability can change; listing a work does not guarantee it remains available until payment clears.
• Title to an original transfers after payment is confirmed and the work ships (or is collected), subject to the invoice terms.
• Prints and apparel are produced to order or from limited editions, see the product page for edition size and lead time.

Shipping & returns

Shipping, care, and return details are on the Shipping & Care page. Originals are packed with insurance and tracking.

Commissions

Commission windows open periodically. A brief or deposit does not create a binding commission until both parties confirm scope and terms in writing.
